Presentation of Telenor's fourth quarter and preliminary year-end results

(Oslo, 10 February, 2004) Telenor will present their financial fourth quarter and preliminary year-end results for 2003 on Friday 13 February, at 0900 hrs Norwegian time. The presentation will be held in the Auditorium, Telenor Expo Visitor centre at Fornebu.

CEO Jon Fredrik Baksaas will present the results. The presentation will be held in Norwegian and broadcast live over the Internet at www.telenor.com/ir. The quarterly report and English versions of the presentations will be made available at www.telenor.com/ir.
